Why doesn’t Intercom support the new M1 Macs?

The vendor would know, not Apple, nor your fellow users that support these public community sites.

You'll need to contact Intercom directly. The people here are just normal users like you. So our guess is as good as yours. :)

And it's not Apple's job to get other companies software to work on MacOS (or iOS).
