Wifi turns off and on automatically at random

Hi Guiys! In the last year I've noticed my wifi turning off and right back on by itself at random. I've also noticed that this happens more often when im in a video-chat call (via zoom, google meets or even FaceTime) or downloading files from any browser.

I don't think its a hardware problem since I take really good care of my MacBook, it has never been dropped or bumped.

Please note in the embedded YouTube video of this post that the wifi doesn't disconnects by itself; it turns itself off and right back on…

If anyone knows what's happening and how can I fix it it will be very much apreciated.

Greetings,

David.
