MMS messaging needs to be enabled, but it is enabled
iPhone 12 pro, keeps telling me that MMS needs to be enabled to send a picture. Going to settings it is on, if I turn it off then on again, it works for a while. Any solutions?

The ONLY thing that has changed is the phone. Cellular data is ON. MMS is ON, but it tells me I need to enable it. It’s already enabled.

Having the same issue. This is the first time it’s happened since I got the phone on release day (12 mini). Toggling MMS Enabled worked to resolve it, but not sure if it’ll come back.
I have the same issue. How can we be the only ones that this is happening too. Why do they make us sound stupid?! It never just works anymore.
Do you have cellular data turned on? MMS will not work with wi-fi, it requires cellular data. Also, if you got a new phone, it is possible that your carrier did not bring everything over on your account. Contact them and ensure they have MMS provisioned on the account for that phone.
I have never had this issue before. Same carrier, new phone. If I toggle MMS off then on it works but after a while tells me the same message despite already being on.
MMS enabling is performed by your cellular carrier. It may cost extra. Perhaps it’s not included in your current plan.
