I am having an odd issue where my HomePod Minis wont make the chime sound when the doorbell is pressed. My other 3 HomePods work just fine. Its just these minis that wont work with the doorbell chime.
The minis are on 14.2
Any idea why its just my minis thats having this issue?
I experienced this same exact issue. I installed a Logictech Circle View doorbell and used my iPhone to configure the settings, toggling on the “Chime on HomePod” setting in the HomeKit app. However, no sound nor notifications came from the HomePod mini when someone rang the doorbell. It was not until I toggled off and on the “Chime on HomePod” setting using a different device that I set up as a Home hub (HomeKit app on my iPad Pro) that it suddenly started to work. No rhyme or reason as to why that would resolve the issue but it now works as expected.
