Keychain Login Problem

I've reset my keychain login three times now and for some reason it reverts back to the original password every time. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it a glitch?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

Is this your Login Password, or Keychain Access Password?

It's my keychain access password, they did not match which is why I've been trying to change it. But every time I submit a new password it just reverts back to old password. It won't take the new password.
