Disable pages/aaps ive viewed

Anyone know how to disable this function on the iPhone XR ? I keep getting pages and pages of screen I’ve looked at.

I do not think it can be disabled.

that occurs when you pull upward from the bottom of the screen and then hesitate/pause.

if pulling up to get to your Home Screen, swipe up quicker and then release.

I think you'll just need to get used to the gestures
