My wireless keyboard is laggy after I updated to Big Sur 11.0.1. First the problem was only noticeable after waking the computer from sleep and the issue would go away after a restart but this week my Apple wireless keyboard is laggy all the time.

Switching my Anker A7752 on & off worked well for me, after pairing & unpairing, I was still getting laggy keyboard activity (the re-pairing was a nightmare in another direction).
I am finding that bluetooth life with my new MBAir (2020 retina) and Big Sur is a real headache.
I was able to fix my issue by turning off/on my wireless keyboard and honestly didn't even know the wireless keyboard had an on/off switch. I feel stupid but at least my wireless keyboard is working.
