I have ordered iPhone 12 pro max at 20 november.. but the delivery date is showing on 7-14 december and there is no update.

Yes, that is perfectly normal. When the item ships, Apple will notify you and give you a delivery date, and tracking information.

I got your point but pickup option is available at chapelfield, UK. Then why they are delaying for online order
