Iphone 6S New update 14.2 causes issue phone will not turn on black screen

Hi Guys left my phone to up date last night 28/11/2020 to IOS 14.2 and this morning the phone had a blank screen and was unable to use today when I plug it into itunes it will proceed to update/ restore and then a message appears on my PC Iphone cannot be restores. An unknown Error 3194..... there are 4 of my friends now have the same problem updating Iphone 6S, by the way the battery is fine it was replaced 6 months ago so its fine....this is a nightmare....appreciate any other comments.

See this for the 3194 error. If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' on your computer - Apple Support

You can see this if the iPhone won't turn on. See if this will turn it on for you to move forward. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
