Iphone 6S New update 14.2 causes issue phone will not turn on black screen

Hi Guys left my phone to up date last night 28/11/2020 to IOS 14.2 and this morning the phone had a blank screen and was unable to use today when I plug it into itunes it will proceed to update/ restore and then a message appears on my PC Iphone cannot be restores. An unknown Error 3194..... there are 4 of my friends now have the same problem updating Iphone 6S, by the way the battery is fine it was replaced 6 months ago so its fine....this is a nightmare....appreciate any other comments.
