Use of ECG App

Hi

I live in the Dominican Republic, I bought an Apple Watch Series 6, just because I suffer from arterial hypertension and it would be very useful for me to have the ECG APP, I had no need to buy another since it had a series 2 apple watch that it offered me everything I needed, when trying to use it here in my country, I realize that this app is not allowed to be used in the region to which I belong.

What can I do to put this function to use?
