ihave an iphone with region serial number of us and an apple watch that I bought in my trip and diffrent region serial number , can i use ecg app ?
why that say ecg app is not available in your region ??

Here's what you need
- Make sure that the ECG app is available in your country or region and that you're in the country or region where your device was purchased. Learn where the ECG app is available.
- Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS and Apple Watch to the latest version of watchOS.
- The ECG app is not intended for use by people under 22 years old.
Note that the document has not yet been updated to add a few additional countries in Europe, added in the software update released today.
