Cannot hard refresh web page.

I have done some updates to my website, but they are not visible on my webpage when I look at it in Safari. I have cleared the cache and deleted all the history. I have tried to do a hard refresh on the page per the instructions, and nothing works. I can see the updates when I look at my website in both chrome and Firefox, so I know that the page has been updated. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi OrganizingPro,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Apple Support Communities. We see that changes you are making to your website aren't visible when you try to view the changes in Safari, but do show up correctly in Chrome and Firefox.

We're glad to help.

You've done some good troubleshooting already by clearing the history and emptying the cache.

Just to be sure that you've done those steps correctly:

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Change Advanced preferences in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Once you can see the Develop menu in Safari, select it and go down about halfway to "Empty Caches"

Quit Safari, and then launch it again, and see if your pages refresh properly.

Take Care.
