Unable to update my iPhone

When you try to update iOS, acceptance of the terms and conditions appears, after acceptance nothing happens. iOS is not updated.

My phone won’t update. My IPhone won’t update. I click install and it goes to the terms and conditions. Once i press accept it just doesn’t except it and stays on the terms and conditions. I had the IOS 14 Beta so i think that might have something to do with it. How do i fix it?
