Can’t hear callers

Hi, when someone calls, they say they can hear me, but I can’t hear them unless I put them on speaker. Any way to fix this. Thank you. Vicki

Can’t hear phone calls unless I’m on speaker. When I call people or they call me, I can only hear them if I’m on speaker.
