Hi all, I’ve had my iPhone 12 mini just over a week and had the same issue that most have had with the touchscreen. I installed the update 14.2.1 and it fixed the main issues with Lock Screen. However, I’m still having some issues with the far edges of the screen when I’m certain apps. Also with the keypad such as the q and the p. Is anyone else having the same issues before I get in touch with Vodafone please!

Sorry, too much going wrong at once in my life and forgot to reply. I was told to restart the phone, to which I complied. Then was basically advised if it continued that I would have to do a full restore. I had the full screen not respond in the mail app yesterday so I called again today and the tech rep didn’t even know the 12’s were having these issues LOL!! So, full restore is next but I highly doubt it will solve the problem. They will replace the phone and send a new one, but I can assure you I will wait until this issue is fully resolved before I go that route because it would just continue happening, as it just did again in the Facebook app at the top of the screen. I hate to say it, Apple, but the issue isn’t 3rd party apps. Go ahead and call them so the issue is documented with them.
I am having the far edge issues too, even after the update. Holding for apple support now. Will update response after call.
