unable to download music

i clicked on an apple music tab on itunes to go to the app store and it gave me a message saying "Restore 'Music?' You followed a link that requires the app 'Music', which is no longer on your iPhone. You can restore it from the app store." but when i try to download it, it says that it's unable to download. how do i fix this ?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Thanks for reaching out here in the Apple Support Communities. We see that the Music app is not installed on your iPhone, but you are unable to download it from the App Store.
