The only thing that I can see is that for some reason Chrome is not triggering the request for the camera and microphone on the iPhone. Have you tried accessing it through Safari? Otherwise, you are going to ask Google why Chrome won't work on the iPhone or ask the school. Not all of the lockdown browser programs work on all browsers. Again, the school should know what works and what doesn't, and what you may have to do to access content on a particular platform. You are asking the wrong people here.
Access to the camera and microphone are selected in Settings>Privacy, then select Camera and Microphone. They are separate. However it is generally setup by individual apps, so I'm not sure if it will be by Chrome, or something this particular website is trying to access with. Usually you will get a popup saying a program or app wants access to the camera and mic. You would need to check those pages.
If this is a website for an educational institution to take an examination, you should check with the institution's IT department, or student help desk, as I doubt you are the first person trying to use an iPhone to do this.
You couldn't block that popup, since it is a privacy request. I would do what I said earlier and check with your institution, or the website support that you are linking to. Their website seems to have a good bit of information. Speak to them about accessing this exam page with an iPhone and Chrome.
I’m able to access the website in an android phone. So no problem in the website. There is some settings problem in chrome settings in iPhone. If you know about anything please share. Thanks a lot for your words.
