So my iPhone 11 Pro Max is saying I have 39 viruses and I’m freaking out so please someone tell me what to do. Thank you.

Unless you jailbroke your device, an iPhone can't get any viruses.
Perhaps it is a scam attempt: DO NOT respond or click on that warning message.

Since you didn't, these are scams messages written by criminals to scare you.
Just delete them and move on, there's no virus on an iPhone.
