BLUETOOTH BUTTON IS “GRAYED OUT” & NOT WORKING!!

I’ve tried to factory reset my network settings on my iPhone & restart my iPhone afterwards (a suggestion I read on Google for me to try doing to fix the problem however it fix NOT work at all!! Anytime I’d like to turn my “Bluetooth on, it always appears to the left side in the “OFF” section & whenever I’ve attempted to try SB losing the button to the right side where it’d be “ON” it literally NEVER WORKS & the button ends up sliding itself right back to the left & “OFF” side! Ughh it’s sooo annoying! Has anyone else had this same problem??
