Apple devices do not retain passwords for Hotmail & Outlook

Does the issue persist after restarting your devices normally?

Restart your iPad

For your Mac, does the issue persist in safe mode?

Start up your Mac in safe mode

Are you able to sign into your account using a web browser with no issues?
