Sound on beats x is really low at max volume. I tried resetting and it did not change.
Why is the sound low at max volume? Tried a reset and no change.

Thanks for reaching out regarding your BeatsX audio issue. There are a few different steps you can try to help isolate the issue.
Have you tried cleaning your headset using the steps below?
Clean and store your Beats earphones or headphones
If so, you can also try resetting your headset to test as well. Should the issue continue you can pair the headset to another device and see if the issue continues. Keep us updated.
