I bought Final Cut Pro in 2004, is the license still good?

I bought Final Cut Pro back when it was on disks with a library of books. I'm interested in downloading the new Final Cut Pro, now and I'm curious if my old license is still good for the new version?

Transferring the Final Cut Pro X license to another Apple ID. Hi guys, I work for a small company that purchased FCPX last year. The app was downloaded onto an employee's MacBook that has since left the company. How would I go about getting that license back to the company? Could I transfer the licence to another Apple ID? Meaning that I would change ownership of the app. If this is not possible. What are my other options? Kind regards,

No it is not. FCP is a completely separate application.
