SOI removal link down in 2020? Help!

So I made it my goal recently to finally buy some songs for my iTunes account and use that to replace the U2 sounds that play when I accidentally brush across my homepod or otherwise unintentionally interact with it. However, when I go back to https://itunes.com/soi-remove I find that the site is down!

(to be clear it redirects to https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/offerOptOut , at which there is only a 404 error)

The ability to remove this album is one of the most important services Apple offers to it's customers, is there any way to tell if this is a temporary outage or will we be stuck with the tracks in our libraries forever?

This Apparently is a Broken Link:

If that is the site to go to, then it is a broken link. I get the same error when going to it. So, report it to Apple.

To Report the Broken Link:

  1. Go To: Feedback - Apple Music - Apple
  2. Select: Other” for the “Feedback Type
  3. Mention: that this is a broken link.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary.

Once Reported, Contact Apple Support:

As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.

Contacting Apple Support:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
