i left it 3 days in a dry place but when i try to turn it on the apple logo keep blinking. i have tried hard restart a dozen times,it didnt work. i went in recovery mode and updated it with my pc it has updated succesfully but it is again in boot loop after the update. i dont have icloud and really trying not to restore it, how can i make sure if a restore is needed to fix this or there is a hardware problem due to geting wet the other day?

Hey there samim1376,

If we understand correctly you're unable to start up your iPhone X as expected. We'll be happy to help advise.

You can proceed using the article below. Since the iPhone came in contact with liquid, we would recommend reaching out to Apple Support to help explore your inspection options.
