While on loudspeaker call, my Messenger, Instagram and some messaging apps on my iPhone’s microphone is not working. But when I plugged my headset, it works.I tried resetting and erasing all content but it’s no used. How to fix my problem?
I already tried that but nothing happened. I also tried resetting the settings and erasing allthe contents of my iPhone. But it appears that whenever I'm on call using Messenger, Instagram and some other apps that can be used in calls, and everytime I turn it into loudspeaker phone, they can't hear me but if I used an earphones, they can hear me.
I suggest you reach out to one or all of them to ask why their apps will not work with speaker turned on and see what they have to say.
I've seen a number of complaints regarding social media and microphone. Go to Settings>Privacy>Microphone, and make sure those selected apps are turned on.
