Are Apple care staff off for the holiday?
Hello. I called Apple support today for help with my new iMac that I set up today. I have Apple care. The person I spoke to sounded like they had never taken a call and it was very discouraging. I needed help with with transferring my iTunes over from my old Mac mini and the response was “uuuuuuuhhhhmmm ok, can you hold on a sec?” in a very clueless tone. I hung up. I’ve never had an experience like that when ive called.
