Displays with 90 or 270 degree rotation on Big Sur don't work

I have two displays connected to my Mac Mini M1 running 11.01

HP 32HQD via HDMi, max resolution 2560x1440
Dell G2410 via HDMI to DVI via a USB-C hub

When i rotate either of them, i do not get an option for full resolution. The maximum for the HP is 756x1344 and the Dell is 1200x1600. Doesn't matter if the rotation is 90 or 270, the results are the same.

Mac mini, macOS 11.0

Try holding the Alt (option) key when you click on the Scaled button.

FWIW, yours is not the first report of this issues in Big Sur.
