you don't have an Apple Store or authorized repair place nearby?
I have not had to send my phone in for screen repair before..
I have my doubts they send you a phone to use while yours is being repaired
varies by location, so I have no way of knowing what it's like in your area.
Most of my local Apple Stores are allowing pickups etc for online orders. Pretty sure they are doing certain types of services as well.
You can always contact Apple directly and see if they know of better options
