How to download iTunes for windows 10 without using Microsoft Store.

I want to update iTunes on my windows laptop, but I do not have nor want to create a microsoft ID or download from the Microsoft store. I have been able to install all other software from its original sources without using Microsoft and do not want to use Microsoft to install anything other than windows OS patches. I can not find a download on APPLE website for itunes for windows. This is a real Pain..
