Remove messages history one device only

Someone wants to use my iPhone for a few months. How do I insure that they cannot access my messages history without removing my messages from my other devices?

Best way to get this done is hand that person a completely erased iPhone and set up as if it were new.

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Erase All Content & Settings: This will also disable Find My on that iPhone.

The above action will erase everything on the iPhone, sign out of your Apple ID and the iPhone will be restored to Factory Settings. NOTHING on iCloud will be deleted and all your other devices that synch to this iCloud account (Apple ID) will retain the information.
