Apple keeps trying to charge me for $14

Okay so I have NO subscriptions. The only subscriptions I have are either already cancelled or they’re not due for payment until NEXT YEAR.

I have checked the “report a problem” for my past transactions, double checking to see if I didn’t pay for something and just forgot, but that’s not the case. I have everything up to date.

Yet, whenever I try to download a FREE app, it tries to charge me for $14. I only have $6 in my bank thankfully after Christmas shopping.

I would check my transactions on my bank app to see WHAT is trying to charge me but all it says is Apple. I need help. I was just checking to see if I could get answers and a possible solution before calling Apple Support.
