Currently with my 12 pro max if I have the leather MagSafe case on sometimes the WiFi internet losing internet connection, but when I take off the case internet comes back. This is intermittent and was wondering has anyone noticed this ? Or could it be a problem with just my phone
I first tried resetting network settings which helped a little bit, but what actually fixed it was that I backed up my phone then I did a “Erase All Contents and Settings”. Basically that did a wipe and clear of the phone then I installed the backup. Knock on wood but I haven’t had any issues with WiFi or cellular data. The WiFi at my house rocks and getting the speeds as expected, also cellular data seems much better. I know that is pretty drastic but in reality it’s not that bad to do. Nothing different than getting a new phone and transferring your data over.

My mother just got this phone and I have done everything I can to fix the issue. When will apple fix this???
I have no Security apps, but still experience the issue.
Same problem. Happens on Wifi/Lte.
I also have the same problem on iPhone 12 pro max. I hope apple fixes this in a software update.
And I don't even have the security or VPN apps some people are suggesting are the problems.
After reading all comments no one from the apple support has not say are do anything about this problem nothing not a word in this modern world
Same here, since day 1, quite annoying and NO ONE HELPS. You cant use for 3
minutes the phone because it loses the signal, have to go AP mode.
I really don’t know what to do.
I don’t have VPN on my phone because I suspected that as well to be the problem based on the replies here. But it still is just as bad as before
Maybe try a new SIM card?
iOS update 14.5 did not help didn’t even mention anything about the problem we are going through sad 😡

For me is worse since last update. I have to wait for a song to load on YouTube and after that it keeps stopping. Internet is not working as it should.
Yep, same here. Happens on WiFi, 4g, 5g CONSTANTLY. Funny how they clearly know this is an issue but won’t say anything and try to sweep it under the rug so they don’t have to refund us.
