UM-one MK2 doesn't work with Big Sur
I cannot get the Roland UM-One MK2 midi interface to work with Big Sur. Anyone else having this problem? Is there a work around. Roland has not updated their site in over 2 weeks.

Hey the new driver is out: https://www.roland.com/global/support/by_product/um-one_mk2/updates_drivers/d1e4e288-71e1-449a-9d80-f7780158319a/
It says you must set the [COMP/TAB] switch of the UM-ONE mk2 to "COMP."
I'm glad it finally worked. Hopefully in the next few weeks Roland will come out with the correct driver that's 64 bit.
Ok, the driver 10.15 I was able to instal..
No on with the job,
Great!
Driver installed.
But still not working.
I use an UM-One, that does not show/have a switch.
:-(
Sorry I meant that for @ger131
No problem.
In a few words: So I won't get that YM-)Ne running anymore.
Looking at the picture, clearly shows that the one does not have a switch like the MK2.
Nevertheless, thanks for the help.
Yes, I found an image of the original UM-One and it doesn't have the switch. That's probably why they came out with the MK2.
YES. Works as advertised! Thanks. this is absolutely solved now!
Worked first time!
Reinstall the driver for 10.5 (until they come out with a new one) then set the switch on the UM-ONE to TAB. If it doesn't work then unplug and plug the UM-ONE back in. If it still doesn't work restart the computer. It worked for me.
I have the UM-One MK2. I had the same problem when I updated from Catalina to Big Sur but reinstalling the 10.15 driver, moving the switch to TAB then restarting the computer and unpluging and plugging it back in worked for me.
Just to add to the discussion: I note that the Apple Audio Midi setup > Midi Studio setup window does not look right with this MK2 driver. Everything works fine, but the connecting lines do not show. I suspect this is part of what Roland needs to fix with an updated driver. It may be because the switch is set to TAB and the computer doesn't recognize it properly in the Midi Studio?
I am hoping someone from Apple and/or Roland is reading the items expressed in this thread.
I cannot instal the UM-ONE software on 11.0.1
