How to trade-in an iPhone for an iPad?

Got a new phone and would like to trade-in my previous iPhone for an iPad mini. When I was going through the product page to make selections of the mini and clicked on "Add a trade-in", I only saw iPad models for trade-in and I cannot add an iPhone.


Does anyone know how I can do the trade-in while ordering?
