I can’t access my card information.

When I try to open my card info to get my card # or security code it says Apple services unavailable. Try again later. I’ve had my card for a year not sure when later will get here. I’ve removed the card then added it back. The card works, but when I want to make a purchase online if the website doesn’t accept Apple Pay then I need that number.
