Basic difference in the MacBook M1 13" and the MacBook Air?

What are the basic differences in these 2 laptops? The comparison tool shows them being almost the same, so what is the basic difference in these if both are using the new M1 chip?

Here’s the comparisons of the M1 based Macs: https://www.apple.com/mac/compare/?modelList=MacBook-Air-M1,MacBookPro-13-M1,Mac-mini-M1

The two MacBooks have the same Thunderbolt/USB4 ports. So that’s not the difference.

The Pro has a bit brighter screen, longer battery life (a larger battery), the touch-bar, and active cooling (a fan).

The active cooling can help facilitate higher speeds on heavier tasks, because the processor won’t need to slow down to avoid overheating.

Also, the Pro has a somewhat better built-in sound system.
