Hello! I bought iPhone 12 mini two days ago from Saturn store Freiburg, Germany. But today I realized that it doesn‘t have 5G support. Could you help me please?

Yes, it does. Contact your chosen cellular provider to be certain your account has been properly provisioned to have 5G connectivity.

Does your carrier have 5G support and do you have a SIM card for 5G support.

Correct, as that is an antenna specifically for some 5G bands in North America. It is not required on all models of iPhone.

That antenna is only for US devices.
