Apple Watch won't turn on while it’s off the charger

How do I get the Apple Watch to turn on while it’s off the charger? Because while it’s on the charger it shows the apple logo and then disappears and when I take it off the charger it does nothing it shows nothing and doesn’t do anything

Apple Watch Not Turning on The Apple Watch 4.3.2 does not turn on. When I charge and turn it on, it shows logo for sometime and then logo goes away.
