Can’t find add workout button on Apple watch

I can’t find the add workout button on my Apple Watch, it’s not available as an option to click. Pls can someone help?

can not select add workout Add a workout is not an option on my watch but I can see it on the app on the iphone

Tap on the workout app and scroll down to the bottom,the add workout button is there.
