How to change Apple Watch Lock Screen wallpaper?

This article only explains how to change the watch face not the Lock Screen I pictured. It’s like on the iPhone with two options the screen option and the Lock Screen option. I’m attempting to figure out how to change the display of the Lock Screen option.
