No access to trusted device.

Hello. So I’m trying to log into my old Apple ID and it asks me username and password. I know those, that is not the problem. It then asks me to enter a code sent to my trusted device. The problem is the trusted device fell into a lake and when I got my new phone, I also changed my number. I’m wondering if there’s a way to add a trusted number or something along those lines, thanks!
