I'm just trying to get my passcode from the iCloud I made which is the one i am sign in to now but I'm trying to backup everything to get back what I had and it's telling me to put in the old passcode I had first but I do not remember

Apple ID password or the phone passcode?
For the Apple ID password, see if you can reset it. You will need to wait 24 hours before trying to log in.
For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option.

For my iCloud I have so many icloud's but I do not remember none of them but this recent one the email is ***989@gmail and everything I have on that email for the iCloud it's asking me for the old passcode for the phone and I do not remember

As I posted earlier, several people have posted that they did that and lost little to no data. There isn't a guarantee that will happen. Since you forget the passcode, I don't know of another option to suggest.

I do not understand what you're telling me
Are you trying to restore a backup, but you don't know the passcode it is asking for or are you trying to create a new backup and it is asking you for the passcode?
Do you see a button that says reset encrypted data? If so, try tapping that
