reCAPTCHA Invalid Key Type

Hello. I recently installed Google reCAPTCHA on my website. At first everything was fine, but now when I try to log in as Admin, I get the error message below. I read that this message could occur because http:// or https:// precedes my domain name in the Google reCAPTCHA account, but my domain name does not include the http/https precursor. I tried posting my problem in the Google reCAPTCHA help forum, but it doesn't look like anyone has posted or responded since 2019. I am unable to log into my website, and I don't know how to resolve problem. I would very much appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

FTP is a different way of accessing a website than via the CMS's admin backend - it allows you in to see the files on the server that make your website work. Or sometimes depending on the hosts software you can access files on the server via cpanel or similar. If this is still a problem you might have to hire a web developer, or speak to your hosting provider to act as a locksmith to help you regain access.

It is WordPress site hosted by SiteGround. I can FTP from my computer to the site at SiteGround? I have FileZilla installed, but I'm still learning to use it. I'm very new to FTPing and making websites. I definitely need to delete the plug-in but need to get access which reCAPTCHA is blocking. Very ironic. I will see if I can find online how to FTP to my site. Thank you!

OK maybe I'll reach out to SiteGround and see if they can get me back in. I'm so new to websites, I don't do well with the more technical aspects on my own. I'm not sure what's going on with the reCAPTCHA. This seems to be serious problem with the plug-in, unless I unknowingly did something wrong. But the first few days after I installed it, everything was fine. Thank you again for your help.
