My iPhone 6 Plus has gotten so slow and glitchy that my old iPhone 5c is actually better. But cloud won't let me sync downward in versions of iOS, and apple obviously stop letting older phones get the latest versions. What am I supposed to do? How can I sync my iCloud backup? It'll let me transfer from an android but not from a newer iPhone? Seems ridiculous.

On the 6, do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

What? I meant on the new phone it sucks and doesn’t work. I want my backup to go onto the old phone because the screen on the OLDER one works better than the screen on the NEWER one. How do I get my iCloud backup of a higher iOS onto an older model of iPhone? Simple question.
Touch screen may not be available in the older phone IOS version.
The touch screen takes ages to respond and you have to push down in a certain place on the screen for the unlock button to work. I want it on the older model phone.
