'Accounts' missing from settings menu iPhone 8

After going into 'settings' then scrolling down to what should be 'Passwords and Accounts', on my iPhone 8 it only says 'Passwords'. Unable to access accounts on the phone. I'm not referring to the apple id in any way. (I've asked a few sources and have been referred to issues with apple id.) If you open settings on your phone, scroll down (yes past apple id) all the way down to where it says Passwords and Accounts, on my phone it only says 'Passwords'. Is there a setting that's disallowing account access? Phone software is up to date. Thanks for assistance

There is no longer a "Passwords & Accounts" in Settings. For accounts go to Settings > Mail > Accounts. (or reply with more information about what you are trying to do)
