I would like to buy the Apple watch SE (GPS + cellular) but I realise that it is not in Netherlands?
Whats happens if I buy in Spain or Belgium? Can I use here? I have T-mobile.
Are there any apple watch model that can I use with 4G?

Yes you can use it in the Netherlands but it will only function as a GPS only watch,the cellular part won't work because there are no carriers in the Netherlands that support the apple watch cellular.
