I bought earpods from Walmart, Tried to buy 2nd Generation but got the 1st Generation instead
I got Earpods today 1st Generation. Do ser#'s on the box need to match the #'s on the earpods?

If you didn't receive the product in the box that you purchased, we'd advise returning to the retailer.
