Find My, iCloud, Manage my storage...not working

on my iPhone X running 14.2


When I go to my Find My, I get "Share my location unavailable. Unable to connect to server. Please try again later."


I tried on cell and 2 different wifi spots at home.

Under Apple ID>iCloud: Unable to load Storage info messes sage under the iCloud bar.


I tried resetting network. Erase all. Recover from 2 different back up dates. I'm still getting the same issues.


When I erase all and recover from back up, none of my apps would fully install. I tried prioritizing an app and it still wouldn't install. I had to delete and reinstall from the App Store.


Finally, just in case it was a hardware issue, I tried recovering to a different iPhone and unfortunately, its getting the same issues.


I'm at a loss now on what else I can do.

Update: I did another erase all and instead of installing all from backup, I did only ios apps and data. It worked and I was able to log on icloud and Find My. I guess something in the 3rd party apps was causing some issues.
