What does it mean when I try to charge my watch and the Apple logo come on the screen and it turns red then repeats and what should I do

normally happens when your Watch battery level is very very low or drained all the way. Put it on a charger for an hour or more and hopefully it will go away. If so keep on the charger until back up to 100% and reset any items that are in need of you attention.
