CarPlay not working on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hi , why am I not able to enable CarPlay for a 2017 Audi Q7 from a iPhone 11 Pro Max . I have tried everything but still not working , I really need this , thanks in advance 🙏🏻

I live in India where CarPlay is allowed
Siri is enabled on my iPhone
Cable is an Apple approved cable , when I connect it iPhone only charges
CarPlay is not restricted on my iPhone
works on latest software iOS 14.2
bluetooth connected with car

You may need to reach out to the car manufacturer to ensure there are no pending firmware updates as well.
